Former Property Owners & Descendants
If your family owned land, homes, commercial property, shops, or business assets in Uganda before the 1972 expulsion and lost them due to government seizure, we help you initiate the documentation and submission process for restitution or recognition of lost rights.
Many former property owners were not Ugandan citizens at the time and were forced to abandon estates, stores, buildings, farms, and businesses. Decades later, descendants often hold partial records but struggle to navigate Uganda’s bureaucratic systems.
Submission support does not guarantee restitution, compensation, or approval. All decisions remain subject to Ugandan government authorities.
