New Land, Property & Asset Buyers

New Land, Property and Assets Buyers & Investors

Whether you are a Ugandan citizen, a foreign national, or an investor from the diaspora, we provide facilitation support to help you prepare and submit land acquisition documentation in Uganda.

If you were not part of the 1972 expulsion, you can still explore lawful land rights through Uganda’s modern land systems. While foreign nationals cannot own freehold land, they may acquire long-term leasehold rights (commonly 49–99 years) with government registration and approval.

Guidance for legal land access in Uganda. Land, Property and Assets purchase negotiations and ownership approvals remain subject to legal and governmental processes.
